Chef Scott West started his culinary career in Orlando, Florida as a line cook in various restaurants throughout high school. After graduating, he took his talents to Miami to start cooking at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach and later the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. It was in Miami where he found his passion and love for culinary arts. This semi-private area seats up to 80 guests and is ideal for large gatherings.
This room can offer various set ups from u-shape, conference, square or rounds. Located in the birthplace of American professional football – Canton, Ohio – the restaurant features thoughtfully inspired American classics in a lively, modern and social setting. An inviting dining area is anchored by an over sized bar perfect for socializing with friends and family or catching a game on the giant media wall while enjoying shareable snacks, creative cocktails, local beers and an unparalleled wine list. Rising 150-feet over the desert landscape, Prime will be on the 11th floor of the new hotel tower, complete with stunning views of the Estrella Mountains and breathtaking Arizona sunsets.
The No Name Lounge blends delicious cocktails and dining with sports history. Named in tribute to the legendary 1972 Miami Dolphins’ “No Name Defense,” the lounge pays homage to the tenacious defense squad under Coach Don Shula.
